The arrangement will be discussed and agreed upon when we jump on a call. You’ll have access to us Mon-Fri 9-4 pm, however, it is up to our discretion when we complete the work, ensuring it aligns with your needs.

We ensure you are communicated with throughout the month on how many hours have been used/are available. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they hand over enough work in the month to keep us busy. Any unused hours will not be rolled over to the next month.
