General
Initial 30 minute consultations and quotations are free of charge and carried out in person or via phone, Zoom, Skype or email.
For larger projects, time frames and deliverables will be negotiated with the Client
Virtual Assistant Responsibilities
Eassist undertakes to provide you with virtual assistant services that meet your needs and requirements on a service plan basis at the cost agreed upon. Such services are to be provided with skill and care and within an agreed timeframe and/or budget. Additionally, we undertake to respond promptly to requests for urgent assistance.
Client Responsibilities
You undertake to provide timely, clear instructions and directions for the provisions of such services; to provide the information or the access to the appropriate information to enable the tasks to be completed; and to meet the agreed period for payment. Service Plan clients are responsible for ensuring enough work is provided to Eassist for the allocated service plan hours each month.
Confidentiality
Eassist guarantees the highest level of confidentiality at all times. Under no circumstances do we pass or sell Client information on to 3rd parties, unless the law requires it.
All written and oral information and material disclosed or provided by the Client to the contractor under this agreement is confidential information regardless of whether it was provided before or after the date of this agreement or how it was provided to the contractor.
If required, we are happy to sign a confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement.
Payment
Invoices will be issued on the 1st of each month unless agreed otherwise in writing, and payment is due 7 days from the date of invoice.
Eassist Virtual Assistant packages of blocked hours are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase. Any unused hours will NOT be rolled over to the next month.
Suspension and Termination
Either Eassist or the Client may terminate services by providing written notice of not less than 30 working days to the other.
In the extraordinary event of work being cancelled/terminated Eassist reserve the right to decide - on a case by case basis - whether to provide the Client with a refund for unused pre-paid monthly VA hours and/or packages, OR continue providing support until that month’s VA hours have been used up, or the Virtual Assistant services has been completed.
