Do I need to commit upfront?
We’ll scope the right level of support and confirm both the investment and the terms with you before anything starts, so you always know exactly what you’re working with.
Can several of our leadership team share one plan?
Yes. Your EA can support more than one leader. For the best quality of work we recommend one EA supports no more than three leaders, and we split your monthly hours between them based on each leader’s needs.
What happens to unused hours?
Plans cover up to a fixed number of hours each month, and unused hours don’t roll over. If your needs change, we’ll talk through the plan that fits.
How does this compare with a part-time employee?
